Mike Kai is a pastor, author, entrepreneur, and leadership coach who is passionate about equipping people to live out their God-given purpose and lead with impact. He is the Senior Pastor of Inspire Church, a thriving multi-site church based in Hawaiʻi that serves thousands locally and globally. Through Inspire Church, Mike is committed to helping people grow spiritually, develop strong families, and influence their communities for good.
Mike is also the founder and president of the Inspire Collective, an organization dedicated to cultivating and empowering business and marketplace leaders. Through coaching, mentorship, and leadership gatherings, the Inspire Collective equips professionals to grow their influence and build organizations that create lasting impact.
As an author, Mike has written several books including The Pound For Pound Principle, Plateaus, That Doesn’t Just Happen: How Excellence Accelerates Everything, and Blow Your Mind. His writing combines biblical wisdom with leadership principles that help readers develop resilience, clarity, and a growth mindset.
Driven by his conviction to equip everyday leaders, Mike launched The Great Life, a coaching program designed to help entrepreneurs and business leaders grow personally, strengthen their leadership capacity, and scale their businesses with sustainable vision. Through coaching, online webinars, and community, participants gain practical tools to thrive in both leadership and life.
Mike’s passion for leadership development also led him to establish Send Hope International, a nonprofit organization committed to transforming lives through global missions, church planting, and leadership development. Send Hope also hosts gatherings such as Arise Conference, Kingdom Man Camp, and Inspire Conference, bringing leaders together for growth, encouragement, and collaboration.
